SEASIDE, Calif-  Scott Alexander tossed four shutout innings and Max Shupe had three hits and three RBIs to lead Sonoma State to a 14-6 win over Cal State Monterey Bay in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader in Seaside.  The Otters, however, would come back to take game two, 2-1, to take the final game of the four-game series.  Saturday's split leaves the Seawolves at 4-1 on the year and it moves to the Otters to 1-3.

SEASIDE, Calif-  Sonoma State piled on the offense on Friday afternoon in a doubleheader sweep of Cal State Monterey Bay in non-conference baseball action in Seaside.  The Seawolves came from behind to nip the Otters 8-7 in the opener before exploding for nine runs in the first inning en route to a 16-5 win in the nightcap.  The wins lift the Seawolves to 3-0 on the season.  The Otters drop to 0-2.

ROHNERT PARK, Calif- The 2010 version of Sonoma State baseball started with a bang on Tuesday, as seniors Austin Hogans and Max Shupe supplied all of the offense and the Seawolves displayed stellar pitching from the mound en route to a 3-1 season-opening victory over San Francisco State at Seawolf Diamond.
