DECLARATION/TECHNICAL MEETING (updated Oct. 10)
After considerable discussions about the pre-banquet meeting, we have decided to cancel it, which was originally scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Friday (Oct. 21) at Sally Tomatoes -- the venue of the championship banquet.
Because we know that many of you will be at Spring Lake Regional Park on Friday to preview/run the course, we have decided to hold the Declaration and Technical Meeting at 3:30 p.m. on that same Friday (Oct. 21). The meeting will be held at the start/finish line of the race courses.
At that time, head coach Mark James will be on hand to answer questions about the course and SID Tyler Lobe will collect your declaration of up to ten (10) competing athletes. If you are not able to attend the Declaration and Technical Meeting at that time, you may turn in your declaration to our meet director, Yvonne Burbank, prior to the start of the championship banquet at 6:00 p.m.
Representatives from the CCAA will also be present at the race course on Friday at 3:30 p.m. to welcome you and answer any other questions you might have about the event.
