SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. -- Brandon Lee fired a four-over-par 214, including a team-best 68 in Monday's second round, to finish in a three-way tie for seventh place and
Eric Ash carded one more stroke than Lee overall to finish in a tie for 10th place as the Sonoma State men's golf team got its spring tournament season started with a seventh place finish out of 15 teams at this week's CSUSB Coyote Invite at a soggy Arrowhead Country Club in San Bernardino.
Lee (73-68-73--214) and Ash (73-69-73--215) brought in nearly identical scorecards in all three rounds to keep the Seawolves in the top half of the team leaderboard. Redlands' John McCord, who fired a tournament-best six-under 64 in Monday's opening round, ended the week in 12th place at six-over 216.
