I've Registered, Now What?
· Registration is electronic. Once you press the submit button it is sent to our camps office. You will receive an email the week before camp starts with final information. If you have any questions before that, please contact the camp office at (707) 664-2750 or megan.christensen@sonoma.edu.
MAPS/CAMP LOCATIONS
· Download a campus map HERE.
· All athletic facilities are located on the East side of campus. Volleyball and Basketball camps will be held in the Wolves' Den (designated by "P.E." on the map). Softball camps will be held at Seawolf Softball Diamond. Baseball camps at Seawolf Baseball Diamond. Soccer camps will be held on the Athletic Fields (note: some soccer camps have specific check in, drop off and pick up locations - see camp for details). Swim Lessons and Water Polo camps will be held in the Dr. G. Edward Rudloff Pool (designated by "Pool" on the map).
PARKING
· There is no curbside drop off or pick up, individuals picking up campers must be in a parking spot.
· 15-Minute passes will be available to all campers at no cost. Parking Passes can be picked up at registration the first day of camp. These passes are valid for 15-minutes and only in Non-Reserved Lots (not valid in Residence Hall or Reserved Lots).
· Parking regulations are enforced Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-10:00pm and Fridays, 7:00am-5:00pm in Non-Reserved and Reserved Lots. Parking regulations are enforced 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in all Residence Halls.

PAYMENTS
· Payments are due after registering. In order to hold your spot, it is strongly encouraged that you pay right away. Sonoma State University Intercollegiate Athletics reserves the right to cancel any registration if payment is not received in a timely manner.
· Payments can be made online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/ssuathletics and click "Camps", over the phone by calling (707) 664-2521 or mail check or money order to: Sonoma State University Athletics, Attn: Receivables Administrator, 1801 E. Cotati Ave. Rohnert Park, CA 94928. (Remember to refer to the camp participant's first and last name when making a payment).
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
· If a camper needs to cancel for any reason, a refund will be given minus a 25% administrative fee.
WAIVERS
· All camp participants are required to complete a waiver before participating in any athletic related activities. The waiver can be downloaded HERE.
